I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was just as I hoped ,the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. From check-in to check-out, the service was excellent. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how the staff made sure I felt at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Our stay at Arc Hotel Tirana was okay overall. The location is a bit far from the city center, but there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which makes it easy to get around. We also liked that there were lots of nice local shops and restaurants nearby, giving us a taste of the area’s everyday life. Overall, while Arc Hotel Tirana offers access to a nice local area with convenient transport options, improvements in room facilities and comfort, and a better breakfast are needed to make the stay more enjoyable.
the reception guy is great the room is okay for short stay
Liars! They had assured me that I would have a parking space. I had told them that if they did not have parking to cancel my reservation and they promised me that I would have one. When I went there was no parking space for me! They sent me for an additional fee to a plot across the street from the hotel full of asphalt rubble and my car tire was torn. The hotel is average to bad and is completely abandoned. Stay away from this hotel!!!

Hotel overall was very comfortable. If you go by car, there is a garage. The apartment we had was spacious and clean. Staff was very nice.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and they even offered me a complimentary drink while I waited. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with modern touches. The bed was so comfortable, I didn’t want to leave! The hotel is also in a great location, close to restaurants and shops. I will definitely be staying here again when I'm back in town!

It is a central location but extremely crowded point for car. Thanks to the young lady Mss Bela, in reception reception she issued the invoice and mailed me in same day.
from the minute, I arrived at the hotel to the mini I left the staff. There were just amazing especially the two lady to the two gentlemen on the front desk Sarah and her team doing an amazing job. I stay many hotels around the world and can stay wherever I like, but this one just felt like I was at home and nothing was too much for them from organizing taxis to telling me where to eat, sorting things out nothing was a problem for these people

I loved that the room was very big and clean. The bathroom was nice as well, no complaints at all. The price was also very good for my one night stay, it's a place you should consider staying in my opinion if you want to visit Tirana for a few days, nothing wrong with this place.
